Our story began with a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference. Founded by Jaime Portillo, who has been teaching CPR and first-aid since 2010, H.A.L.O. LLC (Health and Lifesaving Opportunities) grew out of a simple goal: to empower people of all ages to be prepared in emergencies.
With certifications from the American Red Cross, HSI, and the American Heart Association, we transformed this experience into a business in 2022 to reach more individuals and organizations across the country.
